Moshe is the co-founder of Applicure Technologies Ltd. (TASE: APCR). He is  the former Head of the Information Security Division at an elite Israeli intelligence agency. Before founding Applicure Technologies, Ltd., he managed business development at information security firms RomTech, CipherActive, and ComSec. Mr. Basol holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Technion, an MBA with distinction, and CISSP certification.

Avishai is the CFO and General Counsel of Safend. Prior to joining Safend, Avishai served as Chief Financial Officer and legal advisor for Medic4All Group, a Swiss multinational group of companies that develops telemedicine products and services. Mr. Fishman also served as a board member for several of Medic4All Group’s companies, including two Ireland-based companies and an Israeli R&D company. Previously, Mr. Fishman held management positions at Ernst & Young and KPMG. Mr. Fishman holds a L.L.B. degree in Law, a B.Sc. degree in Accounting and an MBA in finance management from the Tel-Aviv University.
